What happens to my order when a florist attempts delivery and the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is not at their home when a delivery is attempted, the florist may choose to:
- Call the recipient ahead of time to make sure that they are going to be there or to schedule an appropriate time.
- Leave a note on the door of the recipient's home asking them to call the florist and schedule an appropriate delivery time.
- Leave the arrangement in a covered area of the home (porch or other entrance), weather permitting.
- Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and place a message on the
recipient's door referring them to the neighbor who accepted for them.
- If you do not wish for the delivering florist to use any of these procedures, please make sure that you indicate this in the
"Special Instructions " box on your order form.
Can I request a specific time for the delivery of my arrangement?
You may use the "Special Instructions" box located on the order form to request a particular time of day for your delivery.
We will do our best to honor your request, however, as we do not know the schedules of each of our delivering florists
we cannot guarantee the time of delivery without authorization from our customer service department.
Is there any special information needed to deliver an arrangement to a hospital?
For hospital deliveries, please make sure to include the name of the recipient, hospital and room number or ward.
Your arrangement will be delivered to the floor nurse's station, as most hospitals do not allow florists into individual rooms.
How will I know if my arrangement has been successfully delivered?
All deliveries will be made on the date you request unless we notify you of any complications.
Note: We will answer all inquiries in the timeliest fashion possible.
Some inquiries cannot be researched and resolved until we can make contact
with the delivery florist during their hours of operation.
Once we are able to contact the delivery florist and obtain an answer to your inquiry,
we will contact you by your choice of either e-mail or telephone.
We work with only the highest qualified florists to process your order.
The result is our maintaining our unconditional guarantee with your every order.

Do you deliver on Sundays?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery on Sundays as it is not a standard delivery day for florists.
Due to limited availability of florists open Sunday, we can not guarantee delivery on Sunday.
However, Monday will need to be an option for delivery if Sunday is not available.
How far in advance can I order an arrangement for delivery?
You may order an arrangement as far in advance as you would like.
Incorrect Addresses
Please check the recipient's address. Any incorrect delivery address will incur an additional $10.00 delivery charge.
Cancellation Policy
While we process your request the moment we receive it, it is sometimes very difficult to get cancellation requests complete.
Our network ranges through out the country and because of the importance placed on a timely delivery of your request and various time zones, it can sometimes be very difficult to stop or cancel a delivery attempt or a placed order.
Cancellations must be done with-in 24 hours of placing your order and before the scheduled delivery date.
Any cancellation requests after this period cannot be guaranteed and subject to a 20% charge.
Taxes
Every order is subjet to 7.4% sales tax.
Delivery
We are dedicated to delivering your floral and gift orders in a timely manner.
The actual time and date your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method
of delivery or shipping you select, weather conditions, and whether or not the destination is a remote location.
Our delivery policies explain the delivery options available to you and how we process orders.
Please consider your order delivered on the day you requested if you receive a confirmation.
If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail.
There will be one Delivery charge for arrangement, if multiple arrangements are going to the
same address at the same time - there will be only one delivery fee added.
A delivery fee of $9.95 will be added to each order, for each address for delivery Nationwide or in Canada
during normal delivery times, there may be additional charges for special time request.
U/S. orders must be received before 1:00pm in the recipient’s time zone to help assure same-day delivery.
Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly.
We are unable to accept international orders over the internet.
Incorrect Delivery Address or Re-delivery
Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been
placed resulting in a re-delivery may be subject to a $10.00 charge.
Floral Deliveries to the U.S. and Canada
Please Note: Prices for all orders is in $US Dollars.
In the U.S. and Canada , same-day delivery is generally available Monday through Saturday on orders received
before 1:00 pm in the recipient's time zone (excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods).
Orders received after 12:45 pm in the recipient's time zone may be delivered the next delivery day.
There are LIMITED deliveries on Sundays and legal holidays.
Please make sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays.
Gift Items Shipped Directly
Several of our gift items are shipped directly through Federal Express, Airborne, or UPS.
At this time, we are unable to ship to PO boxes, hotels, or hospitals.
Cut-off times for available shipping options is Noon Central Time.
The date your order will be received will depend on the shipping date and the shipping method you select.
Items shipped UPS Ground can take 3 to 7 business days, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Items shipped Overnight or 2-Day are guaranteed to be delivered within that period.
Please note that the guaranteed shipping options are based on business days, so an order shipped on a
Friday by FedEx 2-Day would be delivered on the following Tuesday.
We can not ship to Canadian addresses at this time.
Substitution Policy
Due to various seasonal and regional conditions, availability of some flowers may be very limited in certain areas.
Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day.
Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.
In this event, the local florist will deliver a second choice of similar flowers and container of equal value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation. In single variety arrangements, variety will take preference over color.
